At Noctiluca, we believe that every woman has the power to transform her life. If you are lost, stuck or ovewhelmed we can help. We empower women to leave de-motivation and burnout behind, and do the inner work to improve their wellbeing, performance, and success, doing it their way. Transformational coaching helps women realise their full potential by increasing emotional agilty to uncover a new way of being, and turn dreams to reality.
My journey took me to a place where I felt dissatisfied, disillusioned, overwhelmed and out of control. I doubted my worth, and lost my sense of agency and purpose. Fast forward and now I am a coach, helping women to navigate that territory. Helping you to identify the missing pieces in your life, foster emotional agility and wise leadership, acting in alignment with your values, and living with meaning and purpose. This is the inner work for designing a life and work you love.
